ALMA property Ltd. is a young company, but we are still very experienced in the field of property management and maintenance from previous business as self-employed specialists. We are not bound by bureaucracy - we are always willing to make a deal. We are based in Brno, but we manage properties outside of Brno as well. We believe that the best advertisement are satisfied customers, so good communication with property owner is our priority. We always act openly, we emphasize the fair play principle in all our activities.

We also rent your own properties. In Brno itself we manage hundreds of residential units and multi-purpose units. We have several significant advantages to the competition. For example, we have enough experience with problematic tenants, and we know the specifics and the mentality of the tenants of foreign nationalities, we know what to look for when preparing the rent contract. We also manages residential buildings with a high turnover of tenants - we can help you to find new tenants, buyers etc. Finally, we offer services at substantially lower prices.

- TECHNIC – this program solve all the technical worries - cleaning, maintenance, repair, inspections, etc.
- COMPLETE – the most common program, including program TECHNIC plus bookkeeping, administrative services and debt collecting
- VIP – a program of unlimited possibilities, which includes everything above, plus active searching for tenants or advice how to increase passive income from your real estate, etc.
