How does it work?

    Initial meeting

    During our introductory meeting, we’ll discuss your situation, from the condition of the property and suitability of the furnishings to determining the correct rent. We will discuss the who, what, why, and how in the way of necessary services for your unique property.

    If you’re thinking about investing in real estate in the Czech Republic, we can help with that, too. We’ll advise you during your decision process so you can be sure the property will become a good source of passive income not a burden.

    Price assignment and calculation

    We don’t cut corners or offer suspiciously cheap services. Instead, we strive to offer quality. The price we offer is final, there are no hidden fees, and we’ll bind our agreement with a contract.

    Handover of administration

    After taking over administration of the apartment, we’ll take care of any repairs, modifications, or other renovations previously agreed upon. We’ll also oversee the purchase and installation of furniture and other accessories. Once that’s finished, we start searching for the right tenants.

    Moving in the tenant

    Once we find a suitable tenant for your property, we’ll draw up a lease agreement which is then cross-checked by several reputable law firms. We’ll ensure a smooth handover of your rental property.

    Apartment management

    Throughout the term of the lease, we communicate with the tenant on your behalf for any necessary requirements such as repairs, mandatory inspections, cleaning, rodent control, and even garden maintenance. We personally supervise all work done to ensure excellent quality. In addition to technical services, we’ll also enforce contractual provisions. After the end of the lease, we’ll again take over the apartment and prepare it for a new tenant.

Throughout the process you can expect full remote control of your property through us. We’ll provide bank and tax documentation and regular reports and photos so you can be a part of the decision-making processes for your property.
