Our milestones
First properties
This is where it all started. We managed our first properties in Prague, Jihlava, and Mladá Boleslav.
Over 50 properties in Slovakia
Two years later we were already managing over 50 properties in Slovakia.
Brno becomes the epicentre
We managed our first apartments in Brno. Brno became the epicentre of our interest and services.
First corporate client
We acquired our first corporate client, with whom we still work today.

International cooperation

Entire apartment buildings
Managed properties exceeded CZK 200 million. We are renting entire apartment buildings.

The coronavirus crisis didn't stop us
Despite the pandemic, we continued operating without interruption and provided full support to our clients.

Managed properties exceeded a value of CZK 1 billion. We became one of the leading property management companies in the South Moravia region.
Expanding to Prague
We expanded our operations to Prague and are now serving clients throughout the Czech Republic.
