Every month we guarantee rent in your account. In case of complications we pursue the debt. We handle any unpleasantness on your behalf.
Apartment Condition
We regularly inspect your apartment. In case of defects we arrange their rectification immediately. We maintain the apartment in the condition you entrust to us.
Problem Resolution
If there are issues with the tenant, we resolve them for you. Whether it's excessive energy consumption, noise disturbances, or tense neighbour relations.
Regular Repairs
We handle regular repairs that arise in the apartment. We work with vetted tradespeople who are available to us at the earliest possible time.
Communication & Consultation
All communication with the tenant goes through us. You won't be disturbed on Friday evening or during vacation. We'll also advise you on how to rent more effectively.
How does it work?
Initial Meeting
At the beginning we discuss your situation – from the technical condition of the property, to the suitability of furnishings, to setting the right rent. If you're still considering an investment in property, we'll help you choose.
Taking the Apartment Under Management
After taking the apartment under management we carry out any repairs, adjustments or renovations we agreed upon. We can also arrange the purchase and installation of furniture and accessories.
Moving in Tenants
We find a suitable tenant for your property. We prepare a rental agreement cross-checked by several law firms. We ensure a trouble-free handover of the property for rental.
Apartment Management
During the tenancy we communicate with the tenant on your behalf and handle their requests, such as repairs or mandatory inspections. After the tenancy ends we take back the apartment and prepare it for a new tenant.
