We are professional property managers based in Brno. We have been taking care of your properties since 2004. Leading our company is Jan Kislenko, a managing director and a reliable man you can always count on. We manage properties to generate passive income for you. We work with maximum quality, flexibility, anticipate complications, and respond quickly to any situations that arise.

We manage the first apartments in Brno. Brno becomes the epicenter of our interest and services.

We acquired our first corporate client, with whom we still collaborate to this day.

We surpass the value of 100 million
The managed properties exceeded the value of 100 million Czech crowns.

International cooperation
We provide services to a multinational corporation.

We rent out entire apartment buildings

Collaboration with developers

The coronavirus crisis didn't stop us
We manage properties even during the coronavirus crisis. We are launching an English version of the website for foreign clients.

We manage an apartment building in Prague
We manage the first apartment building in Prague and the first shopping center in Blansko.
